Grant Greenwood is a product leader and repeat co-founder with a proven track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade products. He brings deep experience translating complex business requirements into clear product features, aligning cross-functional teams and using data-led prioritisation to drive adoption, usability and commercial growth.

At Kybix, his product experience is directly relevant to the development of trusted infrastructure for KYB information exchange, helping turn complex institutional needs into practical workflows that support efficiency, control and better user experience.

Marc des Garets is Chief Technology Officer at Kybix. He brings 20 years of deep technical expertise across software development, product architecture, infrastructure, IT security and compliance.

Marc has a proven track record of shaping innovative products and scaling high-security software platforms for global financial institutions. His career spans hands-on software development through to the architecture of enterprise-grade, resilient technology solutions.

Before Kybix, Marc served as the foundational Lead Architect for a pioneering KYC startup, where he helped scale its computer vision and fraud detection capabilities from inception through to its successful acquisition by a prominent US firm. Operating at the intersection of product vision and technical execution, he brings a uniquely versatile perspective across the full lifecycle of technology development.

Isabel Feliciano-Wendleken is COO of Kybix, where she leads operations and supports go-to-market initiatives, including across Asia-Pacific. She brings deep experience across strategy, operations and technology, with a background spanning fintech start-ups, global banks, professional services and large-scale transformation programmes.

Her career has included advising senior leaders at Wall Street financial institutions and other Fortune 500 corporations on innovation, cost optimisation, digital transformation, regulatory compliance and strategic M&A across the US and APAC, as well as working as an early team member and Chief of Staff within a SaaS fintech business. Prior to joining Kybix, Isabel was a venture builder at Liminal Venture Studio and the first member of the team that launched Kybix.

Marie Charlotte Henseval is Chief Client Officer at Kybix, leading client strategy, onboarding, institutional relationship management and partnerships. She brings deep experience across financial crime compliance, KYC services, product strategy and client engagement.

Before joining Kybix, Marie Charlotte spent more than 15 years at Swift, where she held senior product and leadership roles. During this time, she led international teams, shaped strategic initiatives and helped mobilise stakeholders around complex industry challenges, including playing a key role in the development and global evolution of Swift’s KYC Registry.

Since joining Euroclear in July 2024, Marie Charlotte has helped incubate the project that became Kybix. She brings together leadership experience, industry knowledge and a client-centric approach to support Kybix’s next phase of growth.

Edwin De Pauw is a Board Member of Kybix and Managing Director and Group Head of Compliance and Public Affairs at Euroclear. He brings deep experience across financial market infrastructure, regulation, compliance, public affairs, data services and innovation.

At Euroclear, Edwin leads teams responsible for maintaining trusted relationships with regulators, policymakers and industry bodies, while ensuring the group continues to meet its compliance and ethics obligations. His role spans regulatory engagement, geopolitical developments, business issues and broader matters affecting Euroclear, its clients and the capital markets ecosystem.

Edwin has also led Euroclear’s Data Services and Innovation division, where he helped drive the use of emerging technologies and data to improve market efficiency, transparency and liquidity. Since joining Euroclear in 1995, he has held a range of senior roles across custody, settlement, fixed income product management, new issues and group audit.

Suren Sankar is a Board Member of Kybix and Managing Director, New Ventures & Future Business Models at Euroclear. He brings extensive experience across global custody, financial market operations, ecosystem strategy and technology-led transformation within institutional financial services.

Prior to joining Euroclear, Suren held multiple senior positions at State Street, including as Managing Director within Global Custody Product and EMEA Client Onboarding. He has also held senior roles at Citi, where he managed client implementation and middle office onboarding projects.

Across his career, Suren’s work has focused on client onboarding, collaboration, interoperability and the use of technology to improve complex operational workflows.

Nicolas Keravec is a Board Member of Kybix and CFO at Liminal. He brings more than 15 years of international experience across finance, technology, investment and scaling businesses in complex markets.

His background includes senior finance and leadership roles in technology-focused companies, with experience supporting growth, capital deployment, commercial expansion and operational discipline.
