The trusted platformfor business identity andKYB information exchange
Collect once. Share securely. Reuse globally.
Kybix is an AI-powered Know Your Business (KYB) platform that helps financial institutions and multinational companies collect, exchange, maintain and reuse business identity information more efficiently across trusted financial relationships.
Today, KYB still depends on repeated questionnaires, manual document requests, email threads and disconnected portals. Financial institutions spend too much time chasing and checking information. Multinational companies are asked to provide the same or similar information again and again across multiple relationships and institutions.
Kybix provides a secure digital environment in which business information can be requested, provided, approved, enriched, refreshed and securely reused. Built from within trusted financial infrastructure, and backed by the institutional experience of Euroclear, Kybix is designed to reduce operational friction, improve data freshness, accelerate onboarding and support the move towards perpetual KYB.
Kybix is backed by Liminal, a venture studio founded by Temasek, and a Euroclear portfolio company
Built from within trusted financial infrastructure, Kybix combines access to Liminal’s technology and Asian networks with Euroclear’s established financial infrastructure, customer relationships and market expertise.
This combination gives Kybix an established network foundation and meaningful East-West market access as it builds trusted global infrastructure for business identity information sharing.
A trusted exchange layer for private KYB information
Kybix is an AI-powered private data-sharing platform for KYB information exchange, built for financial institutions and multinational companies.
We help organisations request, receive, review, maintain and reuse business identity information with greater speed, accuracy and control.
Instead of relying on repeated questionnaires, disconnected portals and manual document chasing, teams can manage sensitive KYB information through a controlled digital platform built for institutional environments.
The value of Kybix is not only in moving information from one party to another. It is in helping trusted parties exchange richer, more reliable and harder-to-access business information in a way that supports faster onboarding, more accurate and up-to-date information quality and better-informed review.
For many financial institutions and multinational companies, one of the most painful parts of KYB is not only making a risk decision. It is getting the right information from the right parties, in the right format, at the right time.
Teams still spend too much time chasing documents, reconciling responses, repeating requests and refreshing information manually. Companies feel that friction too, often being asked to provide the same or similar information across different banks, counterparties, formats, relationships and processes.
Kybix focuses initially on one of the biggest challenges in KYB: collecting, exchanging and refreshing accurate business information.
By helping automate KYB information exchange, including the collection of public, private and hard-to-access business information, Kybix supports richer digital business profiles, better data accuracy, faster onboarding and more efficient periodic review.
The result is a more scalable approach to KYB, helping teams reduce operational friction, improve customer experience, increase capacity for higher-value risk decisions and reduce time to revenue.
Not starting from scratch
Kybix builds on the foundation of Euroclear’s GlobalWatch, an established digital platform used to exchange KYC data and documents across the asset management industry.
The move from GlobalWatch to Kybix is a strategic evolution. It creates a dedicated company focused on product development, innovation and future growth, while allowing the service to expand beyond the Euroclear ecosystem and beyond its original asset management base.
As part of the investment in Kybix, all 800+ GlobalWatch customers and partners are expected to transition to the new platform, providing Kybix with an established initial network and customer base. That gives Kybix a different starting point.
Rather than entering the market as an external point solution, Kybix is being developed from within trusted financial infrastructure, with existing network experience, customer use and operational learning already behind it.
Kybix is now building on that foundation to deliver faster new capabilities, support scalable cloud-based infrastructure aligned with Euroclear requirements, and maintain the governance standards expected by financial services organisations.

Many KYB solutions focus on one part of the problem. Data providers supply information. Workflow tools help teams manage internal processes. Static registries store documents.
Kybix is being built for a broader role: creating trusted global infrastructure through which financial institutions and multinational companies can collect, share, enrich, maintain and securely reuse business identity information.

Does Kybix solve the full KYB process?
Kybix focuses on a critical part of KYB: the collection, exchange, refresh and reuse of business information. The platform supports teams, but does not replace human-in-the-loop review, compliance judgement or governance.
Over time, Kybix is being developed to support broader capabilities across risk insight, decision support, third-party connectivity and perpetual KYB.
Who is Kybix built for?
Kybix is built for financial institutions and multinational companies where trust, control and data sensitivity matter. This includes banks, fund managers, payment companies, lenders, insurers, market infrastructure providers and multinational companies dealing with repeated KYB information requests.
How is Kybix different from a data provider?
Kybix is not simply supplying public data. It is building a trusted platform for private business information exchange between financial institutions and multinational companies.
What is perpetual KYB?
Perpetual KYB is the move away from static, one-off information collection towards a model where business information can be kept current, refreshed when needed and reused more effectively throughout the client relationship.

Kybix is an AI-enabled KYB information exchange platform. AI is a key component of how the platform is being built, helping to automate data collection, support pre-population, surface initial insights and enable faster, more accurate review. However, Kybix is not AI for AI’s sake. The broader proposition is trusted infrastructure for private business information exchange, with AI embedded as a core capability rather than added as a standalone feature.
