AI-enabled platform
Kybix is being built as an AI-powered platform for private KYB information exchange.
Kybix was created to address one of the most persistent problems in risk-sensitive financial services: the inefficient movement of business information between institutions, clients and counterparties.
We help organisations move away from repetitive, fragmented and manual KYB workflows towards a more trusted, secure and efficient model of private information exchange.
Every financial institution and corporate depends on accurate, reliable and up-to-date business information. Yet the process for collecting, exchanging, maintaining and reusing that information remains fragmented.
We provide a trusted platform that helps organisations manage business identity information more efficiently, while supporting the control, confidence and governance required in risk-sensitive environments.
Kybix exists to make that process work better.
Kybix has a different market foundation from many technology providers trying to solve KYB from the outside.
Founded in January 2026, Kybix is backed by Liminal, a venture studio founded by Temasek, and is a Euroclear portfolio company. This combines the agility of a new technology company with access to Liminal’s technology and Asian networks, alongside Euroclear’s established financial infrastructure, customer relationships and market expertise.
This matters because KYB information exchange is not only a technology challenge. It is an adoption, governance and trust challenge.

Built within trusted financial infrastructure
Kybix initially focuses on collecting, exchanging and refreshing accurate business information.
By improving how business information is collected, exchanged, refreshed and reused, Kybix supports faster onboarding, stronger data accuracy, better security and more efficient ongoing compliance.
That focus allows us to address a practical and persistent pain point while building towards a more scalable model for perpetual KYB.
Kybix is being built as an AI-powered platform for private KYB information exchange.
Kybix is designed to help financial institutions modernise KYB information exchange in a way that works for institutional environments, supporting expert teams rather than replacing human-in-the-loop review.
AI and automation can help reduce manual work, support pre-population, collect and enrich information, improve consistency and surface initial insights. But in KYB, speed is not enough. The technology must also support explainability, governance, transparency and control.
The platform is being designed to automate information requests, connect external data sources and support analysis and decision-making while preserving permission-based access, human oversight and accountability.
Kybix’s long-term ambition is to help create a more perpetual, trusted and reusable model for KYB information exchange across financial services.
Our immediate focus is practical: improving the way institutions collect, exchange, refresh and reuse business information today.
From 2027, Kybix aims to become the platform of choice for organisations across the funds management and broader financial services sectors globally.
As the platform develops, Kybix will extend its capabilities across maintenance, monitoring, risk insight and decision support, supporting a broader ecosystem of financial institutions, multinational companies, partners and specialist providers.
